Please read the following before signing: - We expect all COVID-19 procedures and precautions to be followed at each booth as per provincial regulations. - Vendors must adhere to all applicable standards and provincial rules and requirements to safely sell their products in Ontario. - If vendors have show insurance, they can drive into the square to load in and out. If they do not have show insurance, they can still participate, but they must load in and out by dolly as they can’t drive a vehicle onto the square. - Vendors can load in anytime between 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM and load out after 7:00 PM (Plan to be ready and set up for 4:00 PM). - By agreeing below, you acknowledge that all the above information on this document is correct. *
