A Wholesale Account may only be established for a bona fide and is for the sole end use of the company under whose name the account has been established. The Wholesale Account may not be used for personal purchases. 

Payment – Discount – Returns

All merchandise is payable at the time of purchase by company check or corporate credit card. Payment on approved charge accounts are Net 30  from invoice date.Shipping is paid as per actual. Buyer is responsible for any specific purchases on which customs might be applicable. 

Returns are not possible on wholesale purchases , in stock or placed on pre order. 

Rights to Designs – Co Branding, Co Design, Customization For Special Orders, please reach out for more details. Interior designers and architect studios can apply for wholesale account for their showrooms or for scalable projects in commercial spaces for eg hotels. 

We retain the rights to all product designs.We will not use the customer's name or logo unless authorized by the customer.
