Fall Ball 2022
Fall Ball is an opportunity for players to learn, develop, and get to know coaches before tryouts take place in November. Players who are not participating in fall or winter sports are highly encouraged to participate in Fall Ball. Players are expected to consistently attend Fall Ball practices and be punctual. Just because it is off season does not mean our expectations of players are any different than in season.

Our practices are set up for Mondays to be skill days (stick work, shooting, ground balls, etc.), Wednesdays to be conditioning days (agility, speed, endurance, etc.), and Fridays are meant to be IQ building days (sliding, creating space, zone defense, etc.). 

Monday, September 12th - Friday, November 11th
Tryouts to be held the week of November 14th

Monday: 3:30-5:45 on the grass field behind the softball field
Wednesday: 3:30-5:45 on the grass field behind the softball field
Friday: 3:30-5:45 on the grass field behind the varsity baseball field


Cost: $150, $50 for field hockey players
