We've created a short form to help us get to know you better, without requiring an initial business-hours interview for the first step.

We understand how difficult and time-consuming job hunting can be, especially if you're currently working elsewhere. This is why we start our process with an online questionnaire, which has been designed to get to know you and learn of your impact in other workplaces.

We've started with an introduction video so you can see what it's like to work at Datalink, and learn about the sorts of projects and technologies you can expect to work on as part of our team. If you didn't see that, head back to our careers page to find it.

There are no trick questions, no right or wrong answers, no FizzBuzz, and no research or preparation required to fill in this form. You just need to take a few minutes to reflect on your prior work and then answer each question as deeply as you can. We have tried to keep this brief so it doesn't take too much of your time. It should take about 20 minutes or so to complete.

We'll get in touch in a day or two, and if we think you may be a good fit, then we'll proceed to a full interview.
