All vehicles driving in the parade must be at the Middle School and lined up by 5:00pm.

** Participants walking without a float or vehicle or those that will be dropped off to walk should wait until 5:15pm to be dropped off.

You will receive a confirmation call detailing your place in the parade and which time you are expected to be there, along with a designated drop off site for your group.

Parade start time is 5:45pm.

Hold Harmless and Use Agreement

The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Mt. Morris Consolidated Schools, its board members, employees, and representatives from and all claims, actions, suits, and judgments and expenses including claims, costs, attorney fees and damages in connection with its activities resulting in loss of life, bodily or personal injury, product liability claims and/or damage to property arising from or out of use by the Participant or its agents, members, partners, associates or employees, or any portion of the Mt. Morris Consolidated Schools

The Participant shall, at its own expense, keep in full force and effect until the cessation of its activity a policy of public liability and property damage insurance with respect to the Mt. Morris Consolidated Schools having limits of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for each occurrence and aggregate, including bodily or personal injury, product liability, if applicable, and property damage, with the Mt. Morris Consolidated Schools named as an “Additional Insured” for the period of the activity.  Automobile liability coverage of at least One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) may also be required depending on the circumstances.  

The Participant will adhere to the following guidelines and rules established by the Mt. Morris Consolidated Schools.  

Guidelines:

All students not in high school must be accompanied and supervised by responsible adults from the respective group.  These adults are to walk with the students in the parade and be responsible for making sure the students are picked up from E. A. Johnson High School teacher parking lot after the parade.  District staff is not responsible for younger students.

Rules:

The person driving a car or float must be at least 18 years old and not enrolled in high school.
