This form must be completed before the date of hire and returned to the Town Council, together with the remittance for hire.
It is a condition of hire that all unwanted goods and accumulated rubbish shall be removed at the ned of the hire period and the stall and surrounding areas left in a clean and tidy condition. Please do NOT leave vehicles parked behind the stall except for loading and unloading.
The Food Hygiene (Market Stalls and Delivery Vehicles) Regulations 1966:
The above regulations require the Council to see that stall holders observe the following conditions
1. The Cleanliness of stalls and delivery vehicles use in any food business and the equipment used therein.
2. The Hygienic handling of food.
3. The cleanliness of persons engaged in the handling of food and of their clothing, and the action to be taken where they suffer from or are carriers of certain infections liable to cause food poisoning.
4. The wearing of clean and washable over-clothing by those engaged in the handling of open food.
NOTE: All food sold must be wrapped and sealed.
