High Schoolers run this retreat! As a High School Volunteer, you would be on the front lines, making sure this retreat goes smoothly and gives the 8th graders a chance to encounter Jesus in a profound way.

Juniors/Seniors: Upperclassmen make up the team known as the "Disciples." As a Disciple, you will be leading small groups, giving talks, leading games, MC'ing the entire event, staying with them in sleep houses, and much much more. You will be the leadership of the retreat.

Freshmen/Sophomores: Underclassmen play a more private but extremely crucial role for the weekend. For much of the weekend, you are a "secret" team called "Cori Team", leaving breadcrumbs for the Luke 18 participants without ever being seen. You embody the St. Teresa of Calcutta quote that Saints "do small things with great love." By the end of the weekend there is a huge reveal to show the 8th graders everything that has been done for them in secret.
