Duo 2FA Enrollment Request Form

If you wish to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for Google Apps & Workday on your Wellesley domain account, please complete this form while you are signed in to your Wellesley account. Your request will be sent to Library & Technology Services staff who will enable Duo on your account within one business day.

Once activated, the next time you login to Google Apps and Workday, you will be prompted to setup Duo.
