LYLE III Leadership Project
As part of application process for the LYLE III program, LYLE III candidates are asked to utilize the skills that they have gained in the LYLE I or LYLE II program to better the communities they are in.  LYLE III candidates must take on leadership of an event, program, service project or new idea in a congregation, school, or community.  This means that you will plan and execute the project, supervise others who help you with the project, work with a mentor for questions you have regarding the project and submit a written report detailing your project with your LYLE III application.

Please be very detailed and thorough in the write up of your program. Include as much information as you can give us. It is important to have the project well thought out and organized. The LYLE III decision committee will be looking for planning, organization, depth of content, and follow up. Please include all aspects of your projects.

If you need help with ideas or if you would like to have either Camp Chrysalis or Ebert Ranch as a part of your project let us know. We would be happy to be your mentor for your project. Please see the questions below for further instructions and feel free to contact Jay Miller at 830-257-6340 or jay@crosstrails.org should you have any further questions.
