St. Cecilia Choir Interest Form 2019-2020
If you are interested in joining the St. Cecilia Choir, please fill out this form as completely as possible.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: In addition to completing this form, you should submit a brief video or audio recording of yourself singing one of your favorite church songs (at least one verse; include the refrain if there is one).  You may choose to sing with or without piano or guitar accompaniment.  This is NOT an audition, just an opportunity for me to hear you sing before our first rehearsal!  
NOTE: Depending on the length of your song, a video file might be "too large" to e-mail.  If you use the voice recorder to make an audio only recording, that will be just fine!
