The Alumni Advisory Board oversees opportunities for alumni in MA to build a connected community. The board organizes social events, service projects, and professional networking/development opportunities throughout the year.

The Homegrown Board seeks to support homegrown talent in our state by building community, network and support each other, and deepening our impact with the neighborhoods we call home. Homegrown includes individuals who grew up in the communities we serve and communities similar to these in Massachusetts who are likely to share the backgrounds and/or life experiences of the students we support.

The Collective Board is a network of leaders who will change the face of leadership in the state and our organization by leveraging the strengths, expertise, and cultural backgrounds of TFA’s community of color in the fight for racial justice.

The Prism Board is dedicated to ensuring that schools are inclusive of LGBTQ students and educators. To accomplish this, we develop leaders, build community, and advocate for educational equity.
