Dear Candidates and Parents/Guardians,
We are pleased to announce that the Statement of Results and/or Official Certificate is/are now available for collection at Sirius Scholar Study Skills (PTS Sentral).
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continuous support and wish all of you the best in your future endeavours!
You may be assured that there is no deadline by which you must collect these documents, and for those candidates who have not completed the examinations and are therefore not applying to colleges yet, you may collect the Statement of Results and the Official Certificates together in 8 weeks' time, so as to save a trip down to our centre.
Kindly present (candidate's) your IC for verification upon collecting the documents.
In view of the current Movement Control Order (MCO) and the centre is still closed, candidates can collect their Certificates based on appointment on selected days as indicated in the following Google form.
Kindly complete the Google form at least 1 day in advance of your appointment date:
https://forms.gle/324VEtBL8RpL5HSu9Collection can be done at the guard table via “collect and go” without having to enter the premise. In order to better protect the privacy of the candidates, it is mandatory for the representative collecting the Statement of Results on behalf of the candidate to:
1) return the completed copy of the attached authorisation form complete with the candidate's signature
2) bring along either the original or a copy of the candidate's IC
If the above requirements are not fulfilled, our exam centre will not release the Statement of Results to the representatives. So your understanding on this matter is appreciated. Walk-ins without any prior appointment will not be entertained.
