Student Laptop Use Guidelines (2020-21)

This is a required form that must be completed by a parent/guardian in order for a student to take a laptop home. It is a digital version of the paper copy we have been using for the last four years. If a parent/guardian does not submit this form, their student will not be able to take home their laptop.
