A Fangaea Media/Press badge is good for entry to all of the events held at Fangaea; however, it does not allow for early entry into any area, nor does it guarantee seating. Media/Press registration is a courtesy and you may not transfer or sell your Fangaea Media/Press badge. A complimentary Media/Press badge does not allow for plus ones, guests, or child badges. A Media/Press badge has no monetary value and you are not entitled to a refund of any amount for your complimentary Media/Press badge. Registered press members are prohibited from entering any closed events or rooms. Members of the press that want to videotape, film, and/or record any matter that will be used for commercial purposes (non-news) must first obtain written permission from Fangaea as well as permission of the panel participants. Issuance of a Media/Press badge is at the sole discretion of Fangaea. Please be respectful of all attendees. Fangaea does not tolerate any action that could make attendees feel unsafe or uncomfortable. All registered Press/Media must comply with Fangaea convention policies.
