Eta Chi's 30th Anniversary

2019 marks the 30th anniversary of Alpha Phi at Bishop's University.

Tickets will be 55$ and include Friday night cocktails; Campus tours, networking, food & refreshments Saturday afternoon and catered dinner by Lidstone Catering Saturday evening at the Uplands.

Keep an eye out on the event page and your emails for ticket sales which will begin shortly and for the final schedule with locations.

Schedule:

Friday:
6:00 pm: Cocktails

8:00 pm: Dinner at restaurant (at your own cost)

Saturday
12:00 - 2:00 pm: Welcome & Tours (finger food & refreshments)

3:00 pm: Optional rehearsal for COI

3:45 pm: arrive for the ceremony (Ceremony 4:15-5:00 pm)

6:00-10:00 pm: Dinner & reception at Uplands (BYOB)

Sunday
8:00 am: Brunch at PizzaVille (at your own cost, time subject to change depending on the number of attendees to accommodate additional time for a large group when ordering)

9:30 am - 12:00 pm: Arrive for practice initiation ceremony ( 10:15-11:45 ceremony, followed by photos)

The reception meal will be catered by Lidstone Catering. Two options for main meals will be served. Please choose your two favourite options, A Vegan or Vegetarian and top meat option will be served. Each meal is served with either Rice Pilaf or Roasted Potatoes and Vegetable Medley
