Mental Health Awareness Workshop for Educators
Join us on January 27, 2024 from 9:00-12:30 for a FREE workshop designed for teachers! This workshop will be held at Pioneer Elementary School, 110 E. Spencer Lake Rd. Shelton, WA 98584. Doors will open at 8:30.

Come and learn tools to manage stress and anxiety and improve your own mental health. 
Be ready to incorporate these techniques and practices into your own classroom or home life by helping to manage emotions and thus, create a calmer environment for all.

Register by January 20, 2024 to ensure your space.
