Eligibility: Open to all 4-H members in Cumberland County, without discrimination. 4-H Club members must have attended 80% of their club meetings unless excused by their leader. 4-H Project Records must be up to date with the expectation they will be submitted to the member's 4-H leader and/or 4-H office by the end of this 4-H year.
