Our dedicated distance learning team will be delivering five, 60-minute long science lessons from our beautiful 215-acre redwood forest. This curriculum will feature connections to Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), the Caritas themes and messaging from Pope Francis’ Encyclicals, Laudato Si (Care of our common home) and Fratelli Tutti (Fraternity and social friendship). Our team will use videos filmed on our property in combination with an interactive online platform to deliver this program. All programing will be deeply rooted in the mission of Caritas Creek: to deepen student’s connection to Self, Others, Nature and God.
