What is CSTEP? The Collegiate Science and Technology Entry Program (CSTEP) at St. John Fisher University is a program funded by the New York State Education Department to increase the number of students from under-represented groups who are pursuing professional licensure and careers in mathematics, science, technology and health-related fields. We provide an inclusive community and connection, academic, career and personal support, funding for research, professional conferences, and graduate entrance exams.
