SAT Registration Form
School-day SATs will be offered to Juniors only on Tuesday, April 13th. The district will pay all exam fees for all students.  If you would like your student to be registered for the test, this form must be submitted by Friday, March 19th.  If you have questions about whether or not your student should take the exam, please contact your student's Guidance Counselor. If you have more than one student in grade 11, please complete a separate form for each student.

Students will receive more detailed directions about test procedures after registration has closed. Free SAT prep materials, including full-length practice tests, are available at www.collegeboard.org and through Khan Academy.

Does your student qualify for free/reduced lunch and/or does your family participate in programs such as SNAP, WIC, or MassHealth? Students who qualify for these programs also qualify for additional free SATs,  free SAT score sends, and free college applications.  Your answer to this question will help us ensure that your student receives the benefits to which they are entitled.  If you prefer not to answer, you will still be able to take the April SAT for free. If you have any questions about this benefit, please contact your student's guidance counselor. *
