DISSCHOLARED Outside Scholarship Policy Review Form
Our organization provides free outside scholarship reviews to see if your college or future college practices scholarship award displacement. We will also provide tactics on how to avoid the practice. This form is only for scholarship displacement information. We do not provide scholarship information.

Please allow 7-10 business days for us to send you a report of your college list outside scholarship policies. During peak periods, the report may take longer. If you have an urgent situation, please put that in the comment section or email us and we will get back to you as soon as we can. 

If under the age of 18, the student must provide a parent/guardian/mentor email address. 

Once you receive the report, please confirm that you have received it. Thank you! 

Please Read Before Filling Out the Form

Note: 100% of postsecondary institutions practice scholarship displacement in some form. 

1. There will be a limit of 10 schools per form. We will not do schools that are already on our database, please check our database before filling out this form. 

2.  Our organization does not provide scholarship information on this form. 

3. Be Respectful. Our organization is volunteering our time to provide this service, therefore, we ask that you respect our organization. 

4. Note the definition of outside scholarships and grants are considered the following: federal scholarships, federal grants, state scholarships, state grants, external scholarships, private scholarships, military benefits, and other outside scholarships/grants/aid. 

5.  If you are affiliated with a college admissions consulting program, the college admissions consulting program must order a license in order for us to provide a review form. This review service is for students and families who are not affiliated with a college admissions consulting program.

6. This form is only for students/parents/guardians/mentors. We do not provide free research to college consulting companies, scholarship programs, organizations, and companies. If you would like us to research check our consulting page.
