2023 Hallyu Korea Volunteers

Hallyu Korea in Swiss is the only official Korean cultural association appointed by Korean ministry of culture and Korean embassy in Swiss.

We are looking for volunteers for our upcoming event! 

Why should you apply? We're a great team, passionate about Korean culture, music and dance. To share our passion and host an awesome event, we will need help for:

Pre-event organisation (team planning, logistics, etc), Setting up and preparing the venue on the D-day morning, Manage k-merch, k-beauty and k-stationary booths, Manage entrance ticketing, Help in F&B section (bar and food serving), Support Awarding ceremony, Manage judges, Guide VIP guests and media representatives, Manage dancers and singersCleaning the venue in the evening

Benefits on the day of the event

During the day, you will be an official member of `Hallyu Korea` Organization in Swiss. If you wish to participate as a Full member in our association in the longer term, let us know!

- Lunch and one drink are provided during the event as well as a special korean gift.

- Get to see the kpop dancing and singing competition for free.

- You will get a small souvenir gift related to the event.

- We can issue a certificate of your activity, if necessary.

- The event will be published on various local and Korean Media and may be aired on in TV.

- You will get extra help from the Hallyu Korea if you want to do any activities related to Korea.

We have to set a few boundaries...
- If you volunteer, you can NOT participate in the dance/singing competitions organized by the Hallyu Korea association during the event.

- All the information about competition rules, results, deadlines, and changes are absolutely CONFIDENTIAL.

- You must agree with being on media on the event day.
