Teachers are hired and classes are developed to accommodate student course requests.  Students enrolled at the Career Center are not included in our teacher allotments for classes at Reagan.  Because of limited classroom space and teachers, students will not be allowed to return to Reagan once they are enrolled a the Career Center.

Students who sign up for AP classes must take the AP exam to maintain their earned grade for the course.  Students who choose not to take the AP exam will have their final AP course grade lowered by one letter (A to B, C to D, Etc.).  This will have a negative effect on the GPA.  The cost of taking an AP exam may total $94 (per exam).  The past few years, the State of North Carolina has covered AP exam fees, but this is not guaranteed.  If the State does not pay for the exam fees, families are required to cover the cost of all AP exams a student takes in a given year.  Students who qualify for free and reduced lunch program are eligible for a fee reduction.

WSFCS will not provide transportation to and from the Career Center every period.  Therefore, bus riders must take approximately half of their courses at Reagan and half at the Career Center.
