Please complete this form to apply for our U13 Recreation Tournament January 26-28, 2024

Applications will be accepted until November 15, 2023 with decision on teams selected by November 30, 2023. If your team is selected you will have 48 hours to e-transfer the tournament fee of $1,300.00 or 5 business days to send a cheque to hold your spot. If you are unable to do this - your spot may be given to the team next on the waiting list. DO NOT BLOCK hotel rooms until your acceptance is confirmed.
