SCHEDULE for the day:
2:00pm: Hall opens - please check-in at the front desk
2:30pm: Dance Set I
4:00pm: Tea Time with tea and light refreshments
5:00pm: Dance Set II
6:30pm: Event ends
7:00pm: Hall closes

COVID POLICY:
• Effective April 5th, 2023 vaccination is no longer required for entry.
• Effective July 9th, 2023 masks are no longer required, but wearing an N95, KN95, or KF94 or equivalent mask is recommended.
You should not attend an HTDS event if you have exhibited any of the following symptoms within the previous 24 hours:
- Runny nose
- Sneezing
- Fever
- Sore throat
- Persistent cough
