One homeowner per lot may vote on Association business.

Any homeowner who is not attending the annual business meeting in person and wishes to vote by proxy must complete either this online form or the paper form you received with the meeting notice.

Online proxy forms must be received before the meeting begins. Late proxy forms will not be accepted. The 2022 annual business meeting is October 19, 2022 at 7:30pm.

Note: By not returning this proxy or not attending a meeting of the Association, your vote regarding Association business defers to the Board of Directors.
