Requirements-
- Must be 21 or older
- Able to foster 2+ kittens or a Mama cat and kittens
- All pets are up-to-date on vaccinations
- Have a separate room or space to raise fosters in
- Able to provide specified food and litter
- Able to transport to STAY WILD for checks or emergencies
