Wagner Writing: Class Registration Winter 2022
Yes! We will have IN-PERSON classes in 2022! Registration is open until the first day of class or until a class is full.

Mondays at Lapeer Free Methodist Church

1:00-1:50 pm IEW Writing (gr 8-12) $160 (handouts included, no book needed)
2:00-2:50 pm Research Writing (gr 9-12) $130 (handouts included, no book needed)

Each class will require a copy packet. That fee is $10 and is included in tuition. Please pay that $10 fee immediately after registering to hold your spot. (Paypal, Venmo, Credit Card, or Check)

Classes begin on January 17 at the Lapeer Free Methodist Church, 1621 N. Saginaw St., Lapeer.
IEW - January 17 to May 16
             (15 weeks - we will not meet 2/21, 3/28, 4/18. Makeup days if needed 2/21, 5/23)
Research - January 17 to May 2
             (12 weeks - we will not meet 2/21, 3/28, 4/18. Makeup days if needed 2/21, 5/9)

Class minimum is 8 students. Maximum will be 22.

This is for my information only and does not necessarily mean a child cannot attend a certain class. If you need more clarification, please note your concerns in the Any questions? text box.
HOMEWORK WILL BE REQUIRED EVERY WEEK, even on some weeks when we do not have class. Please check the box below to show that you understand this requirement.
Your student should plan to spend between 2-4 hours on writing homework each week. It is best to plan some writing time into each day's schedule.

Important Notes for Composition Classes *
Class fees are due two times throughout the semester 50% on January 17 and 50% on March 7. You may also pay the entire fee on the first day of class. IMPORTANT: Once paid, class fees are NON-refundable - even if you drop the class. I do not offer refunds under any circumstances. I will work with you on a payment plan if necessary, but I will rely on you to follow through on your agreement to pay since these classes pay my bills.  At least 8 students must enroll to ensure the class will be held. A maximum of 22 students will be accepted. AFTER REGISTERING, please send your $10 copy fee which must be paid ahead to hold your place in class.

I will be teaching wearing a mask. Students are not required to wear a mask.
