Palisades Community Foundation invites those families who need some help to complete this form in order to receive a prepared dinner.  We encourage you to complete this form for your family, for a neighbor/friend or for a family member.  Meals will be distributed at Palisades High School in a (drive through fashion) on Friday, June 5th between the hours of 3-5PM to those who have completed this form to reserve a meal.  Special thanks to those who have generously donated to this project.  If you would like to make a donation to our COVID-19 Relief Project, please send your tax free donation to PO Box 194, Kintnersville, PA  18930.
