Cancellation Policy

All class membership passes require a 3 month FIT4MOM Georgetown/Round Rock programs commitment. Cancellation prior to the 3 month commitment timeframe will result in a $40 Early Cancellation Fee. The Membership Cancellation Form must be completed and submitted at least 14 days prior to the 1st of the month in which you wish to cancel your membership. Failure to submit this form within the requested timeframe will result in the monthly auto-charge for your membership on the 1st of the month. There are no refunds on your membership once monthly payment has been processed. If you wish to return to FIT4MOM Georgetown/Round Rock within 3 months of cancellation you will not incur an enrollment fee. If you return to FIT4MOM Georgetown/Round Rock after 3 months you will be charged an enrollment fee.
