Please see our rates below (price per booth spot size 10'x10'):
- Community/Student Groups: $15
- Artist/Artisan/Creator: $15
- Non-profit/Charity/Union Organizations: $25
- Small-Medium Businesses (<100 employees globally): $50
- Large Businesses (100+ employees globally): $100
*Food vendors/Food trucks do not need to apply, please email info@kamloopspride.com if you are interested in participating.
Rules
- It is the responsibility of the organization/business to ensure proper licensing and permits for sale of your products in Riverside Park (such as food vendors, food trucks, any other product sales), and by applying, you confirm you are permitted to make sales in Riverside Park.
- Booth spots are 10’x10’. You are required to bring anything you need for your booth including your own tent (max 10’x10’), tables, chairs, and any signage or other items.
- There is no power available, please plan accordingly.
- Booths must be family friendly.
- Kamloops Pride reserves the right to refuse entry to any booth deemed to be acting in contradiction to our mission and values, and to those of the 2SLGBTQPIA+ and intersecting communities.
- Payment is due by August 13, 2023 and can be done via:
- E-transfer to finance@kamloopspride.com
- Cheque to "Kamloops Pride" mailed to PO Box 28090, Kamloops, BC, V2C 0L2
- Credit Card - subject to 3% additional fee (arrange by contacting finance@kamloopspride.com)
- Cash (arrange by contacting finance@kamloopspride.com)
We never want finances to be a barrier for anyone, so if you are concerned about the affordability of participating, please email info@kamloopspride.com
*If space becomes limited, we will prioritize 2SLGBTQPIA+ owned groups, artisans, and businesses and organizations that directly serve the 2SLGBTQPIA+ and intersecting communities.
