From 2 face to face training sessions a week, plus programs to train on your own.
Regular check-ins monitoring progress.
Ongoing accountability, food, lifestyle, mindset & recovery support.
Wednesday & Friday’s.
5.45am & 6.45am
Tuesday & Thursday
9.30am
Max 4 people per session.
Bonus: Semi private is more affordable compared to 1on1 PT. 😉
