SESSION QUALIFICATIONS

"M" STARSkate:
Must be on STAR 1 - 4
Private lessons only (Group lessons available for INTRO STAR Skaters)

"A" STAR 5 - GOLD:
Must be on STAR 5 or higher
High School age
Private lessons only

"C" Competitive:
Must be on STAR 6 FreeSkate and landing a double jump.
Provincial / Sectional level competitor

EXTRA FS / Junior Dance Session:

Must be on STAR 6 FreeSkate or Must be a Junior Dance team

SESSION FEES

"M" Session - Week 1, 2 & 3 = $400.00 per week / Week 4 & 5 = $300.00
"A" Session - Week 1, 2 & 3 = $500.00 per week / Week 4 &5 = $400.00
"C" Session - Week 1, 2 & 3 = $500.00 per week / Week 4 & 5 = $400.00

"GROUP" lessons - for INTRO STAR Skaters now available

"A LA CART" Session - Extra Junior Dance team / Competitive FS - Week 1, 2 & 3 = $60.00 per week

(*if only session registered in = $90.00 per week)

PLEASE NOTE: Payment for Summer Skate will be due 1 week before starting week to hold your spot:
Week 1 = Due July 3rd
Week 2 = Due July 10th
Week 3 = Due July 17th
Week 4 & 5 = Due July 25th

WAIVER - M.A.C.'s Skating School *

In consideration of the Ilderton Skating Club's (ISC) acceptance for enrollment from the above named skater, we hereby release, and agree to hold harmless, the ISC, its employees, volunteers, board members, coaches and Professional coaches, Middlesex Centre, from all claims for damages for any injury or loss which he/she may suffer while participating in, or travelling to or from ISC programs. We have read the ISC CODE OF CONDUCT and PHOTO RELEASE FORM and agree by its rules and we understand that if we fail to do so the ISC may suspend my child's ice privileges without refunding any fees paid.
