Mahtomedi Schools Backpack Program (SY 22-23)
Please fill out one form per student.

Once per week, a small bag of non-perishable breakfast, lunch and snack items will be discreetly provided to the student to help meet nutritional needs throughout the week at home and/or in the classroom during snack times.
This program is possible due to our partnership with the Mahtomedi Area Food Shelf and MAEF.

Each student in the Backpack Program will also receive a Birthday Bag the month of their birthday. These Birthday Bags, donated by the 3 Harris Brothers' Courage Club, includes cake mix, a disposable cake tin, frosting, a candle, and a small age-appropriate gift.

Nothing needed to qualify! Open to any Mahtomedi PreK-12 student.
