NAKED is a Sacred Fools storytelling event hosted by Joe Hernandez-Kolski and presented on the first Monday of every month. Artists will gather together and share truthful tales from their own experiences. The only rules? Each story must be truthful, be from the teller's own experience, and must share something personal about yourself. Each month will be centered around a different theme.

Donations for admission will be split between Sacred Fools and another LA theatre each month.

Our guest for August is Ammunition Theatre Company (https://www.ammunitiontheatre.com/) and the theme is "A Letter to My Younger Self."

Anyone! Members of Sacred Fools & non-members alike! While we would love to unite members of our Los Angeles theatre community, folx from other cities are more than welcome to submit. If you are new to storytelling, our storytelling coach Aviva Pressman will help provide guidance to ensure you feel confident and safe in our "Naked" environment.

We are honored you are willing to share your story with our audience and want to reassure you that we will not share any content obtained through this form. Your story is yours to tell, and you can share it on your own schedule.

1. Stable internet connection (please do an internet speed check via google to test).
2. Story length is around 8 minutes.
3. Stories should be rehearsed and preferably from memory.
4. Must be available for a short technical rehearsal to go over a few Zoom protocols.

We will be emailing everyone by July 22nd to set our lineup for August. If you are not selected for this theme, you will still be in consideration for other themes/months, so please continue to submit as our themes change. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your story with us.
