IoT Week 2023 in Berlin welcomes sponsoring industry/commercial groups to propose sessions for the 2023 conference. All proposed sessions must be approved by the program committee before inclusion in the program.
All commercial groups proposing a session must be a sponsor at IoT Week 2023.

iotweek@mandint.orgA proposed session must encourage debate, discussion and offer learning. No direct commercial or sales pieces will be accepted. All sessions will occur as part of the conference program and may occur in parallel with other sessions (Industry or academic/research groups). The Committee will review all proposed sessions and will advise should any conflict/issue occur where you may be requested to edit/resubmit your proposal. Final approval of your session will be agreed by the Committee prior to commitment/acceptance by the conference of this proposal. Inclusion of a session does not indicate endorsement of any product or organisation listed in the session.
As a session organiser, you are required to cover all costs relating to the preparation of content, materials, registration of participants (speakers, chairpersons, staff etc…) as well as any travel and accommodation costs relevant to your session content. The conference will provide a session room with standard AV for the lecture session to occur.
To help you to promote the session, we will provide you with a code with a special discount for one day or/ and full IoT Week Registration Fees
