* Your Child's enrollment is dependent upon adherence to Success Express Financial Agreement obligations and procedures.

Hours of Operation:

The Success Express program begins at 2:50 pm & ends at 5:20 pm. (on Fridays, and early release days, Success Express starts at 1:05 p.m.)

All students must be picked up on time. A surcharge of $1.00 per minute will be charged per child if they are picked up late. Please read the new rules below if you pick up your child late.

No services will be available on legal holidays, school recesses, or teacher in-service days (refer to the school calendar for specific dates).

Student Behavior and Conduct:

The Success Express Program is an extracurricular program. Students in Success Express must follow all school rules. They must be respectful of other students and adults. Students who engage in inappropriate or disrespectful behavior will be asked to leave the program. We reserve the right to remove students from the program at any time for behavior policy violations.

Financial Agreement and Fees:

The Success Express Extended Day Program is a self-supporting, non-profit program.

All fees are due the first of each month

▪ A $60 non-refundable registration fee must be paid each time a student enrolls in the program.

If you drop your child from the program and want to re-enroll him/her later in the year, a $60 registration fee must be paid again.

▪ A snack is provided daily for an additional fee of $30 per month. Students may bring snacks from home.

▪ First child pays full fee; there is a Sibling discount for each additional child

▪ No Sibling discounts on Registration fee, snack fee, or AM / PM Drop-In passes

Late Fees – Check Fees:

● Payment is due on the first of each month. A $15.00 late fee will be assessed per family on payments received after the 10th of the month. After 30 days, Child(ren) will be dropped from the program for non-payment of tuition.

● If a check is returned for insufficient funds, cash or a money order in the amount of the check plus a $40.00 service charge must be received by the Success Express office within five days of notification or your child may be dropped from the program.

A late childcare fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged per family for all late pickups that require additional child care beyond the required operating hours of the program.

We know that on occasion emergency situations arise. As soon as you know that you will be running late, you should call the Success Express office at (805) 517-1734. It is important for you to have a backup person(s) that can pick up students in an emergency. Excessive late pickups will result in students being dropped from the program.

Release of students:

Each child must be signed out each day by an adult listed on the school or on the After School Student Release form. This is a crucial safety issue.

Students will be released only to parents or designated adults listed on the student’s emergency and registration forms. Please inform us in writing ahead of time if you need someone not listed to sign out your child. Remember to bring a picture identification card.

If a student is picked up early, they must be signed out in the Success Express office.

Absences:

If a student is absent from Success Express parents are asked to notify the Success Express office at

(805) 517-1734 or by email (sabajian@mrpk.org) on the day of absence.

No refunds will be given for missed days due to illness, vacations, or dropping the program.
