Please complete this form if you would like to join FCCLA. Membership gives you access to field trips (when we can), club socials, treats, a club shirt for new members, and a graduation cord.

All members will be required to pay $20 dues (for state & national affiliation) before they become an official member.

This club includes the privilege of going on field trips and other opportunities for which you will represent Lithia Springs High School to the public.  Ask one teacher to serve as a reference to your good character and mature behavior.  Type the teacher's name (last name is fine) and provide the class/subject taught. *
Membership is $20. Please see Mrs. Benford with a check to LSHS or cash.
