Use this worksheet to help you determine the classes you want to select for next year.  This is ONLY A WORKSHEET.  This will provide a record of  your initial requests so we can go back and verify if we need to make changes.  You must still enter all your actual requests in PowerSchool in your portal.  We recommend you use your school email address.  If you cannot remember your school email, then feel free to use your parent's email address.
