2023 6th Grade Band Sign Up
Students entering the 6th grade in the Fall of 2023 are eligible to sign up for Band.

Band is a class that meets everyday. The only obligations outside of the school day are:

1- Regular weekly practice at home
2- Winter Concert- Wednesday, December 13, 2023
3- Spring Concert- Wednesday, May 1, 2023

6th Band Parent Meeting:
Thursday, August 31, 6:30PM 
Middle School Band Room

-There is no fee to take the class. 
-Students are expected to rent or purchase an instrument. If that is a concern, Please contact: paul.mccalla@lclsd.org

-If you want to purchase an instrument, please contact paul.mccalla@lcld.org. 
***There are MANY things to look out for when buying a new or used instrument. Please contact me for guidance.***
Flutes are all to be Silver in color
Clarinets are to all be black in color
Saxophones are to be Yellow Brass
Trumpets/Trombones/Baritones are to be Yellow Brass
