We're thrilled you're applying to join our team for an amazing year of learning and service in our communities. Whether you're returning alumni or a first-timer, we have a few questions for you! 

Once you submit this form, we'll schedule a brief phone interview. If accepted, you will be informed of the next steps for you and your parent/guardian. 

Before you begin, please keep the following in mind:

1. Have your parent or guardian give you permission to apply! 

2. Changeist and Changeist Media programming happen in person on Saturdays, beginning January 6th, 2024, and ending on July 6th, 2024. Programming takes place on Saturdays.  

3. You must be available on Saturdays, or it will be difficult to graduate and benefit fully from this experience. If you have a conflicting commitment, please let us know your circumstances, and we'll see if we can work something out for you.  

4. Eligibility: Changeist is for young people between 6th- 12th grade. Changeist Media is open only to Changeist Alumni (former Changeist participants). 

This application form is for all new and returning youth who want to participate in Changeist or Changeist Media.
