CFCArts Parent/Guardian Advisory Panel Application
If you are interested in being a part of the CFCArts Parent/Guardian Advisory Panel, please fill out this application no later than February 1, 2022.

Please note that being a part of the Parent/Guardian Advisory Panel involves the following commitments:
- Being an active member of the Parent/Guardian Advisory Panel for from date of admission (early February 2022) through 2022 (end of December 2022)
- Attending bi-monthly meetings (every other month) to lend insight and feedback regarding CFCArts Education programs
- Volunteering to assist with the planning, running, and promotion of bi-annual CFCArts Education fundraising events
- Advocating for CFCArts Education programs within the Central Florida community and your sphere of influence

As you fill out this survey, please keep in mind that CFCArts strives to create a Parent/Guardian Advisory Panel comprised of parents and guardians who are diverse in many ways, including but not limited to: location, race/ethnicity, education, socio-economic status, age/grade level of child/children, and CFCArts program area involvement.
