Dear Participant,

You are invited to participate in a research study titled ‘‘An investigation into in-service and pre-service English teachers' intercultural sensitivity in relation to their perceptions about culture". Two likert-type questionnaires are used in this form. The questionaires consist of (24+20) items and takes only 5 minutes to complete.

Your participation in this study is voluntary and you are free to withdraw your participation from this study at any time. The survey collects no identifying information of any respondent. All of the response in the survey will be recorded anonymously. They will be kept confidential and will only be used for academic purposes.
