Each site measures 3m (front) x 5m (depth). Please ensure you book enough sites to accomodate your stall and please note that trailer drawbars must fit within your alloted space. If you require more space you will need to book more than one site.

If you selected a "General" or "Imported Products" stall category, would you like a premium site? Please note you cannot upgrade 'food/coffee' stalls to premium. The premium sites are marked red on the attached map and are either stage facing, corner sites (or popular sites along the main strips.) Sorry SOLD OUT

Please note that applications for premium sites vastly exceed the number of premium sites available to be allocated - PLEASE DO NOT PAY the upgrade fee until you have been informed that you have been allocated a premium site.

Would you like a powered site? If so, how many leads are required? *

The additional cost for power is $50 per lead. You must supply your own lead with current test tags and we require a copy of your electrical certification to be with you on the day. Note that stallholders are not allowed to bring their own generators.

Do you require parking at your site? *

Please only request parking if it is needed and we will endeavour to allocate accordingly. Note that having adjacent parking limits site allocation options. Some of our best sites do not have adjacent parking.
