ozfortress Sixes Winter '24 Premier Post-Season Survey
This survey will be used to collect feedback from those who participated in ozfortress Sixes Winter '24 (Season 40). We ask that players take the time to fill in the form as it will help our staff make changes and shape any future sixes competitions within the league. 

The results and data will be partly shared via a news post prior to the beginning of the next Sixes season. That will be where we announce any changes to the format. 

Please note, we are not collecting email addresses. Google requires them.

  1. To verify that users submitting surveys are signed up on ozfortress currently, and
  2. To follow up on any specific concerns, or if the person is willing, to discuss their ideas and feedback further.
