Operation Santa 2023 Adoption Form
Welcome to the start of the process for adopting a family from our program this holiday season! In order to help us match you to your ideal family, please take a few minutes to fill out this adopter's form. Please provide as much information as possible. On average, the expected cost per individual in a family is $20-$25.

We do understand that this expected cost can be strenuous.  To make our program more accessible to everyone who wants to help out, we are opening up adoptions so that adopters can now adopt individuals as opposed to entire families.

We will begin sending out confirmation e-mails on a rolling basis and will continue sending them through the remainder of October/November. This e-mail will include the details and the wish-lists of the family/families you are adopting.
