We are asking parents who are Key or Critical Workers as defined by the Government to complete a short survey to help inform our Outbreak Management Plan in the event of school closures. Please ensure this is completed by midnight on Friday 17th December 2021 to help us collate this information, which will be held confidentially by the school.
