If your booking is accepted, we will notify and send you an invoice with the deposit payable for the first night. Once you have paid the invoice and sent a copy of the money transfer, your order will be confirmed by text message. You will have 3 days to pay the invoice. During this period, the apartment you are booking will be reserved entirely for you. If we receive a cancelation request up to 30 days before date of your arrival, the upfront payment for the first night will be refunded into the account you paid from.
