Clinics will occur at schools throughout Multnomah County.  If you have preferred general locations, please indicate those below.  This is not a guarantee that you will be placed in your preferred area, or that we will be covering schools in these areas, but it gives us general information that can help us staff facilities appropriately. *

Incentives
As part of this program, coaches are eligible to receive incentives from the region.  Incentives are distributed on a "tiered" scale.  Please see the instructions below and select the incentives you wish to receive.  
Tier 1 Incentives:  Each coach, if necessary, will have their PPS-mandated background screen and fingerprinting fees paid for by CEVA, and each coach will publish name and club affiliations of coaches on our website, social media, and newsletter.  Additionally, each coach will receive a free Adidas warm-up jacket (specific selections will be sent separately).  Please use the dropdown below to select your size, so we can find the right inventory for you. *
