ABOUT YOUR MEALS
Each meal has a date in which you should enjoy your meals by.
Once you have your meals, please refrigerate immediately.
The containers are microwave safe. Our suggested microwave heat time is 30 seconds - 1:30 minutes; depending on your microwave. Please take caution to allow your food to cool if it is extremely hot in temperature.

**Meals must be picked up Monday and Thursday. You have 24 hours to pick up your meals. After 24 hours, Vern's Meal Prep OR pick up location is NOT responsible for what happens to your meals.

HELP US SAVE THE PLANET
We love that the containers are sturdy and microwave safe. After use, you may wash and dry the containers. We recommend that you reuse the containers like you would Tupperware. It's a great place to store fruits and veggies for road trips. For more creative ideas, you can also use them to store small items for non-consumption.

We also offer a Nutrition Assessment which guides you in the right direction. As your Certified Nutritionist, we want to be the helping hand and guide you in your journey to a healthy lifestyle. Nutrition Assessments go over: 1) Basal Metabolic Rate 2) Energy Expenditure 3) Total Daily Caloric Intake 4) Total Macro Intake and 5) Meal Plan Sample. The fee is $150.00 *
